Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Comic Book
by Lee C.A., Wendy Xu, Leighton Gray, C. Spike Trotman, Vernon Shaw, Josh Trujillo
I absolutely adored the Dream Daddy video game. I’ve logged tons of hours, played most of the route, and love most of the dads Hutu I did go into this uncertain of what to expect.
This comic is a collection of short inconsequential stories involving the Dream Daddy crew, plus two that include the main character dad (in two different forms, I might add). The art style changes drastically between each chapter, coupled with the chapters having nothing to do with each other makes the transition from chapter to chapter really jarring and incoherent.
It’s not a bad read, just disappointing.
