Reunion in Barsaloi by Corinne Hofmann

I won this book thanks to a Goodreads Giveaway.

An interesting book, though I have not read and even really heard about the first book I felt it was a good read to see how life is/was on the other side of the world. And I didn't even know this was the third book of the series, here's me thinking it was straight after White Masai.

I loved reading most of the reactions from Lketinga, and seeing what he still did with her due to the fact that he would still in a way view her as his first wife after all this time.

I also wished I could have read more about her daughter, maybe it will be the next book and we will see it from her view on the life she could have had, being married off early and going through their traditional ways.

Though not normally a book I would consider reading, it was okay for a quick read, the writing style I did not really enjoy and as it was just something I quickly picked up as I wanting something small meant I didn't really have 'high' expectations or any expectations really.
