The second book in the Lady Julia series was only so-so. While I like the characters and enjoyed being drawn into their world, this clue-like house party who-done-it was predictable. Plus...nothing much progressed on the Julia/Brisbane front.

I probably would have stopped reading the series after this book, but I purchased all three books all at once for my Kindle.
