OMG, the only reason I held back on reading this book was because I thought it would make me hate the movie (which is one of my favorites ever) but this was so damn good.
The main reason this gets a full 5 star rating is the exchange between Sam and Charlie towards the end of the book and how relevant and impactful it was to me personally. Chbosky’s writing is just excellent, immediately a top 5 book for me
However, definitely check the trigger warnings
