I've been waiting for a continuation of Lucas and Helen's story since I was 12 and now I've finally been given it. Nostalgia hit me like a brick as I met familiar characters all over again and fell for them just as hard as I did the first time.
I've got to admit I'm a massive Orion and Hector lover so I was thoroughly surprised to see how much of them I got to see in this book. The plot was a little slow to develop at first but then it sped up and threw me left, right and centre. I can't even begin to describe the amount of plot twists but I am happy to say that I actually figured one or two out before they happened.
If you want to read about a romance that is destined yet doomed, or the birth of a new generation of gods, or characters who are insanely overpowered then I highly encourage you to pick this up. The series is a whirlwind of romance, tragedy and humour and I cannot wait for the release of Outcasts!!
