Lucy Parker is such a find. From her fresh style and realistic characters - she is a hit with me. I have loved all four of the books in this series so far and can't wait to read #5. It is heavily seeded in this one, so I wouldn't recommend reading #5 without reading this one. This doesn't require reading 1, 2, or 3 although one of the characters in 3 makes a showing here. Anyway- the two main characters in this one are so clearly shown with their weaknesses and strengths that rooting for them to get together and stay together is so much fun. This book probably has the best non-romance plot that feels a bit complicated as the author is laying the foundation, but comes full circle in the end. These are modern, honest stories by this author and I love that they revolve around show business which I know absolutely nothing about!
