Jill Bearup wrote a book with lovable characters that is worth reading even if you already watched the video series on YouTube Shorts or TikTok.
I did watch the videos and thus was mainly interested in the story of Caroline. I did however still enjoy all the parts of Rosamund and Captain Collins' story. Caroline proved to be a quite loveable character as well. And getting two good love stories for the price of one was a steal!
The use of metalepsis was very clever but also easily understandable since different fonts made it easy to differentiate between the two stories in the book.
