Sometimes you read something and you can just FEEL that it is in a league of its own, above everything in its genre. This beautifully illustrated fantasy series has serious thoughts about nostalgia, time, magic, and death. It just hides them all in its slice of life series following a bored elf. Brilliant. Wild twist at the end about Frieren and demons.
