A Touch of Darkness by Scarlett St. Clair

I honestly do not understand why the hell this book is so popular to the point that it's going to have a book four. There's nothing groundbreaking here other than Hades and Persephone being so hot for each other.

The plot? What is that? Lol. We're talking about gods here, they should be taking on bigger issues and whatnot but maybe this is the modern interpretation of Greek Mythology.

The characters are very cliche. But of course Persephone is going to show kindness in the Underworld. *cue eyerolls* and OF COURSE, Hades is actually a good god giving away favors to mortals. Ugh. It makes me shiver.

This book needs editing. There were a lot of errors and it just goes on and on about descriptions and some scenes were completely unnecessary. This book is only 299 pages? Am i right? But it felt like it went on forever.

I’d definitely recommend this to people who enjoy smut and Greek Mythology. If that’s what you’re looking for then you’re going to enjoy this. But if you’re an avid fan and wants to stay true to the elements of mythology, then maybe this is not for you.
