I complained bitterly about the narrators in the previous book. And then there was a new female narrator in this one and I had the same reaction to her as Seogka had to Yoo Kisa. *side-eye* Who are you and what have you done to Kim Hani? So maybe I just don't know what I want in a narrator!
I liked this one a lot better. I could feel their emotional growth and see them changing on the page. I appreciate a bit of unrequited longing! The secondary characters, including his brother, were a delight to have developed on page.
