Poor Folk
by Fyodor Dostoevsky
I have rarely read books which are written in form of letters. I must say, this type of writing appeals to me as each time I am pleasantly surprised by the book. This book paints a picture of two people loving each other with little money and an abundance of dignity. Their main problem seems to be their inability to actually properly deal with the money they have. Thus, they are often worried about the lack of it as they spend every good fortune on nonsense.
