Weirdly sexual, and I don't necessarily mean Ilia; I could've done without reading about e.g. Spock getting a hard-on from seeing the Enterprise bridge again, or same thing for Kirk when seeing an old friend.

And I don't think Kirk actually called off the self-destruct in the end?


I love how Spock comes to understand the importance of his human/emotional side.
