I felt torn after reading this book. A part of me enjoyed the story. The other part rolled my eyes... A lot. This is basically a paranormal romance. So if you like those genres then you would enjoy this. The story dragged in the beginning, but got better as the book progressed. The ending pissed me off because it felt like there should have been one more chapter. I know that this is part of a trilogy, but I feel like a novel should feel complete even if the character's story/journey isn't. I'm starting the second book (I'm no quitter), and I hope that it's better than the first.
