A Song for You: My Life with Whitney Houston by Robyn Crawford
5.0
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book after seeing the Whitney movie in the theater. Crawford’s writing style was easy to read. I’d like to point out that this account of Whitney’s ups and downs aligns nicely to events in the movie. After reading this book, I’m humbled by Robyn’s heart felt account of her relationship with Whitney. This isn’t a tabloid read, but a sensitive, carefully put together story of what once was a beautiful friendship turned volatile due to drugs and Whitney’s greedy family. I’m happy Crawford got the healing she needed. This is a must read for any Whitney fan.
