The 7½ Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton

5.0

Man, this was crazy. I did not see that ending coming at all. I also did not expect to fly through this as quick as I did.

Each day, our narrator wakes up in a different body, playing the events of a party out from their perspective, in hopes of solving the murder of Evelyn Hardcastle. Fail, and he will be forced to reply the events over and over again, until he can bring a creepy plague doctor the answer he is looking for. The world honestly needs more plague doctor characters that are trustworthy and fun like the one found here.

With eloquent, gorgeous writing mixed with plenty of bloody murder, this book really pulls off each and every twist so well. Once again, I found a book that was littered with many things I absolutely adore.
