A Summer of Dandelions by Whitney Amazeen

3.0

This book wasn’t bad at all. It was just… lacking. It *could* be better. Regardless, it was still a cute and lovely love story between Perry and Addison, and of course, the kids. The beginning definitely felt a lot like “The Sound of Music,” and I’m not complaining. It’s literally one of my favourite movies/musicals. You know, everything just felt fast. And I know there are books out there where the characters fell in love literally 30% into the book but at least theirs felt like it had a natural transition. But, it was still cute. I would read Whitney’s future works after this.
