The King of Rabbits and Moon Lake: And Other Tales of Magic and Mischief by Eugie Foster

4.0

This collection is a mix of fables and twisted fairy tales; they're mostly good for all ages YA but a few will be funnier to adult readers. The stories have Foster's talent for packing full stories into short format with a mix of humor and depth. I was saddened to find out that Foster lost her battle with cancer this year, making this her last book. Like all her work I have encountered, it is worth reading.
