The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab

5.0

I felt the ending before I could predict it. I knew that it was going to be like one of those Kdrama endings where you were expecting the male lead to fight the world and change the fates but he doesn't. The ending comes natural and I am happy that it is not forced to be dramatic or world-shattering and yet it is not anticlimactic. I like it. I think after I've read it a more times I will love it. I know I will come back to this book at different ages to try to understand the different situations and feels in the life of Addie LaRue.
