Once Upon A Pack by Ari Wright

5.0

I always love Ari's books, because she has such a beautiful way of addressing the whole person of each of her characters. They aren't complete without each other, even if things are fine and ok before they take the dive, and it's such a deep and emotional thing to watch unfold in each of her books.

This one wasn't any different - Ivy has been working as a maid at the palace for a while now, wishing that Asher would notice her as the girl he used to know. That Dair would see her for who she is, and that Bast could see more than friendship. She's content being around them, even if she doesn't quite understand why.

When a visiting omega takes matters into her own hands to give Ivy a much needed, and unrealized, nudge, everything spirals, awakening her omega. The one she never knew she had because she'd always been a beta. As she navigates her true designation, each of her Alphas realize just how much they were missing before her. They care for her and make her realize what she was missing too, what she dared to dream for.
