Rewire Your Anxious Brain: How to Use the Neuroscience of Fear to End Anxiety, Panic, and Worry by Elizabeth M. Karle, Catherine M. Pittman

3.0

There are some good takeaways in this book — such as the explanations on how anxiety can begin in the brain — but there is so much fluff, pointless repetition, and “you can do this!” messaging that I struggled to get through it. The content is still helpful, it just doesn’t need to be 200 pages. If you can find a spark notes version, that’s what I’d read instead.
