First of all, what happens in Vegas is A WHOLE LOTTA, LOTTA! Baybee, when I tell you to lay your edges because they're about to get snatched...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay and one night is not always enough.
Amara is looking for a one night only type of situation after her "boyfriend" does the most about her going to celebrate with her girlfriends in Vegas. This dude made me want to go through my kindle like I was Max Headroom (is that before your time...look it up). All the while he's "slut shaming" his woman his mama and aunties out there dropping down and getting their eagle on! Winning whole contest and ish!
Hold up though, this 35 year old woman about her business meets a 28 year old footballer, Xander who is wise beyond his years and about his business and things go from 0-100 real quick. These two compliment each other in a way that makes you feel like they were destined for one another. They have slick mouthpieces, they give as good as they take, and their chemistry is explosive. I love that they joke about their age difference and their "cougar/cub" status but it doesn't diminish what they have. Friend U Can Keep
These two heat up the pages out here being grown and acrobatic and I wasn't mad about it. I laughed hard, smiled throughout the entire book, swooned, and lost my breath. When this book hits the platforms tomorrow, you have to pick it up IMMEDIATELY!
