After the Eclipse: A Mother's Murder, a Daughter's Search by Sarah Perry

5.0

This was so powerful and will be with me for a very long time. This might be the best memoir that I have ever read--and the amount of research that went into this book is extremely impressive. Through this research, she was able to capture conversations with people close to the case verbatim, which absolutely infuriated me. This book was so well written and I could not put it down once I started reading. It had been collecting dust on my bookshelf since I picked it as my Book of the Month in October of 2017 and I'm so mad for putting this off so long because now I want to discuss with everyone!
