The Lost Melody by Joanna Davidson Politano

5.0

I did not know what I was getting into when I started this book...wow!

So seeing the cover, I thought it would be a light fluffy read with a little bit of a light mystery. Boy was I ever wrong, this book took me on a roller coaster that never ended. Filled with twists and turns that kept me guessing until the very end.

The character development and storyline were absolutely gorgeous. I had to pair the book with the music that the author mentioned because it just added more to the story.

The faith content was beautiful in this story, showing God is with us even in our darkest moments. And showing us that His plans are always good, even when it's hard.

Vivienne is a concert pianist who's father passes away and leaves her with debts and a mysterious woman in an asylum he has been paying for to stay there. She goes undercover to work at the asylum and find out who this woman might be and why she seems to remember her from when she was little.
