This packed a punch that made sense to me. It looked at connection, or rather the disconnection from community, over the past 100 years in relation to the mental health epidemic we're in. Biology is relevant but it's not the whole cause. I feel that and like the idea of social prescribing rather than private, personal, repetitive short term fixes. Introvert self cowers but my heart craves it
