This book is a must-read, not just for teachers, parents, siblings and friends of people with Autism, but for every person. It completely changed how I will teach and interact with people with Autism. I went in feeling like I already knew a lot, having worked in education for the last 10 years, but Naoki's honesty and attempts to explain how his brain works just eight me so much about the inward life of a person with Autism. It was hard work to read, trying to imagine thinking how Naoki thinks, and it is an absolute pleasure to read as well.
