The Boy Most Likely To by Huntley Fitzpatrick
3.0

After falling in love with [b:My Life Next Door|12294652|My Life Next Door|Huntley Fitzpatrick|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1394240144s/12294652.jpg|17271423], I felt just okay about The Boy Most Likely To . The main characters, Alice and Tim, were absolutely wonderful, but I felt that the plot had been done before and was predictable.

Tim was fascinating to me because his "bad boy" attitude did not align with his description of this scrawny ginger kid. And Alice, spunky and hardworking, is the great counter to Tim. The chemistry between these two was a little off for me at first, but turned out to be great. Their dialogue was the best part- they were both so cheeky!

But unfortunately, I was not down with the plotline. I'm not a fan of that "situation" (to avoid spoilers) in novels at all, and I wasn't impressed with where Fitzpatrick decided to develop the storyline. It was overdone and just seemed like a cop out.
