I think my expectations going into this book were a little too high. I love the idea of the heist part of this story, but the execution was so underwhelming. The subject matter of colonialism was so interesting to read about in terms of art and how it was stolen from various countries during brutal historical moments. I just wish there was more to this story, more delving deeper into the characters and the themes.
