Thank God that’s over. I hated this book! Was expecting twists and turns and to zone out on pure listening pleasure but this book is terrible. I was 6 hours in to this 16 hour audiobook and nothing much had happened. I decided to keep pushing forward knowing that I usually like Liane Moriarty’s stories. 9 hours in I hit the first twist and it was dumb. 11 hours in I had hit another one (also dumb) and I was so over the book by this point. I had invested too much time to quit so I pushed forward (skipping full chapters) because I just had to get it over with. Stick with Big Little Lies or even The Husband’s Secret but don’t even bother with this one.
