Extremely well written and if you are a fan of NBC's Hannibal you will likely enjoy this. I would say that the writing is similar in its poetic description. It was very predictable to me, I knew right away all of the twists because I knew ahead of time that this would be a Hannibal-esque situation, and that took away some enjoyment for me. I also felt like the ending was a bit rushed, and am surprised by how un-suspicious the MC was. If she had listened to even once of her instincts maybe things would have turned out better for her?
Regardless, I would recommend this book to people who are fans of toxic predator-prey relationships, and sapphics. I will definitely be picking up another book from this author, her writing definitely captured me.
