2.5 stars? Lukewarm 3? A bit hard to rate.
Liked the world Building and crumble of plot but I found the overall execution a bit lacking.
The first chapter was a mess. It was a lucky chance that I didn't immediately DNF it but it did get a bit better after. The pacing improved too. Unfortunately I also didn't buy the romance between the hero and the heroine.
