Drive: The Surprising Truth about What Motivates Us by Daniel H. Pink
This book was required reading for my lecture and I had a huge, unrealistic exam based on it. So don’t expect me to write anything good about it.
It’s basically years of Research on motivation collected into one book, it could be helpful, it could be even interesting but not when you have to remember all relevant details… very demotivating.
