This book had a hell of a lot more to it than I was originally expecting. I was expecting a predictable and easy romance novel that followed a similar timeline to the others of its category, but this book delivered a lot more than that. The intrigue and hunt for Vivienne and all the roadblocks that are set in their way make the story a lot more interesting.
Lana and Griffin are a fantastic duo, and Griffin as a character is to die for. A softhearted and introverted movie star who quotes poetry? I’m flustered.
This was a great palette cleanser with a soft punch.
