Identity Crisis by Brad Meltzer

My brother's high school girlfriend (they're still friends) gave me this to read while I'm home recovering from knee surgery. Isn't that so sweet? I don't even know her that well!

I hardly ever read a comic book/graphic novel. And, at first this was pretty slow going. I find it funny that comic books are usually associated with short attention spans of young boys, because I actually felt like I couldn't pay attention to it. There was sensory overload, which I think is my problem with the genre in general. There is just too much simulation with the images, words, and figuring out the layout...

However, eventually I got really into the story and finished probably 95% of the story in one day. The ending was sort of hit or miss in my opinion. I didn't really care for the villain "twist." But overall a pleasant surprise.
