Antsy Bonano ends up befriending three people unintentionally. A boy, who has a knack for being unnoticed by "4 out of 5 people," including teachers, is the first. Next, it is a "temporarily" wheelchair bound senior citizen, and finally, his blind granddaughter. Each of these needs Antsy for different reasons and each of them teaches him more about himself and about other people. This is a really good book with a lot of side stories wrapped around each character. Just like real life.
