"Hi you're my birthday twin" is a horrible name for a podcast.
The audiobook production was fantastic but I don't think I ever really enjoyed this book. I'm becoming suspicious that thrillers might not be for me.
I feel like there was a bit of glossing over going on regarding the adult/minor relationship and grooming. As if the fact she's deranged and mentally ill means its ok or not his fault that she was in a sexual relationship with a 40-something as a teenager. Also his 'dating' the mother and daughter at the same time is ao gross.
I found myself wanting to finish the book more than I wanted to know what happened. The story is told out of chronological order and from different perspectives.
There is a lot of content about grooming and I don't think it was handled particularly well overall.
