This book could have been 5 chapters and the point would have gotten across just fine. Why did it take Poppy & Alex 10+ years and 25 chapters to get together?!?!?! In what world!!!!! 

First of all, Alex & Poppy are absolute ignorant morons and deserve each other. I have never had two characters complain so much and do absolutely nothing about what they’re complaining about. You literally created your own problems and it made me hate you more.

The plot was so boring & repetitive. I got to a point where I skipped a few chapters because it was the same nonsense story over and over and I know I didn’t miss anything important. 

This is my second Emily Henry novel and I’m not impressed. Beach Read was fine, but damn this book makes Beach Read a 10.
