Honestly, it's my favorite romantasy book I've come across in my experience. ESPECIALLY from the fairyloot romantasy subscription. I was initially surprised they chose a year old book, but after reading it, I can confidently say that it was a wonderful decision on their part. That ending, though: it should be illegal to leave us on such a cliffhanger! I need the second book IMMEDIATELY! One of my favorite details is how much willing and enthusiastic consent is featured. The main love interest doesn't sexually touch her without it, and it easily made it a favorite.
