This was better than Norwegian Wood but still too weird and gross for me. The scene with the feminists and the rape still show a high degree of misogyny that's tough to deal with too. I liked Nakata and his plot much more than Kafka's, if it had just been Kafka I don't know if I would have made it through the book.
