Alice Oseman is the master of wonderful characters you just adore from the start, and their complicated journeys to find themselves. Georgia, Rooney, Pip, Jason and Sunil are each utterly fantastic in their own ways, but together they're a joy to read.

Bizarrely I think I got more Heartstopper vibes from this than I did from Solitaire; maybe because Tori's story is so different to Georgia's. Either way I was here for it and I loved just reading the characters' interactions with each other.

As usual with Oseman, this handles complex and diverse issues sensitively and beautifully, without shying away from them. A lot of feels in this one, but so much joy too.
