This Audio Series changed my life!
Brené always brings earth shattering research and insight. This audio book was all about Vulnerability; the lies, the hard truth, the barriers, and tips to grow in vulnerability.
The only thing for me about her teaching is that it is definitely tailored towards white people. Her metaphors and analogies all are very "white." There was a moment where she had the audience finish the song she started singing but I literally didn't know it and neither did any of the black people with me.
