I really enjoyed this book and it makes a case against how the world perceives girls by using a giant corporation and a beauty pageant to show how some are thrown into a world just because of the factors in their lives which include family, their friends, mentors, and corporate America. The only thing that threw me for most of the story was the jumping around from one character to another. I don't mind hearing the story from all of these points of view but sometimes it's thrown in together that you have to check to see who is the one talking and thinking at the same time.
