I didn’t know what this book was when I started it. I rented it based off of pure recommendation without research, so at first I wasn’t sure if this was a real account vs a work of fiction. So, that was fun to figure out. I’m glad I got to experience this with no warnings.
I didn’t guess thatLucifer was real but I did guess that Vesper would be sacrificed , but I grew up with the Bible, so I feel like I had an unfair advantage. This book is basically takes Christianity and pours Satanic panic in thick. I don’t quite understand the dynamic between Vesper and her mom. I’m not sure if we are supposed to judge her by her works or her actions. She seems sad to me.
I didn’t guess that
