This was my first Ito manga and wowie I loved it so much. I love body horror and psychological horror and the two mixed so well. The only complaint I have is that towards the end, the pacing was faster and new characters came in and were apart of the plot a little too fast. Some characters stayed and it was like they were extremely important even though the reader barely knew them. The last chapter was a little odd, more odd than the book of course. It felt like Ito knew it was the end of the book, but he didn’t know how to end it, so he just put something random. Other than those things, I really liked Uzumaki and I can’t wait to read his other works.
