A Story to Kill by Lynn Cahoon

3.0

This is very clearly the first book in the series. The author is setting up Cat, returning to her hometown and grappling with her past, as well as her recurring cast. I didn’t get Seth as her love interest AND I have a huge problem with how characters talked about professors sleeping with their students. I am a grad student and that behavior is not a “well it happens” kind of thing. But I liked the mystery and I liked Cat, so I’m into the series.
