I'm not an astrology girlie, but if you are. . . this might be the sapphic, astrological, fake dating, vaguely Christmas-y romance of your dreams.

Everyone loves a meet-cute, but I am an absolute sucker for a meet-disaster. This book features a blind date so absolutely terribly I briefly thought, can they really come back from this? The answer is yes. 100% they can.

Darcy starts as kind of the villain of the first date, but by the end of the book I am crushing on her too.  Elle & Darcy quickly turn their disaster into the most witty banter. They juxtaposition of Elle's quick, chaotic, 100 text messages in a row to Darcy's concise perfect grammar and punctuation was so fun and relatable to me. (Sorry to all my friends who consistently think I am mad at them. I love ya'll.)  I loved watching them figure each other out and learn how to support each other. I wish Elle had more growth though. I feel like Darcy did a lot of the heavy lifting when it came to compromise and support.

I am excited for the next 2 books which I assume will be about Brenden & Margot.
