I found this author not too long ago and fell in love with most of what she wrote so I was intrigued in this dark retelling of peter pan. While I like the concept of it, it just didn't really hit with me. I wasn't too fond of the MC, just in the way she presented herself, I had mixed feelings throughout the whole book about her but mostly I found her kind of draining and annoying. The same kind of goes for all of the lost boys and Peter. I just felt like for me the normal lure I get from her writing just wasn't pulling me in. I may or may not read the next installment if there is one to see if I can get into it anymore.
