“I don’t just want next year or next month, Lottie. I want forever with you.”
This book was just a random pick from the library, and honestly was much better than I had expected.
I loved the couple, Lottie and Matt who shared a love for books. I feel like together they were great and in moments where there relationship had struggles I felt the need to read more and more until they were both happy again.
Every scene with the book club, which was filled with a whole range of characters with different personalities were enjoyable to read. I loved seeing all these character interact together in a book club setting which isn’t something I have read before. The side characters were all great and I loved seeing them all, besides Henry who I didn’t love showing up near the end but still didn’t stop me from enjoying the book. But overall, I did like most characters, and even love a fair amount of them.
The only thing that put me off a bit was the fact that it was third person which isn’t something that I usually like personally, but besides that I loved almost everything about this book.
