It's odd. My life is not currently filled with assholes. But I find it interesting to read about them. This was a good book, and makes me reflect on a) when and how I act like an asshole, and b) when and how I react when I encounter assholes. Useful on both counts! I will seek out other books by Robert Sutton, which is the real indicator of a good book, in my opinion.
