(No spoilers) Thus book might go slow for some people, but considering it kinda world building for thr rest of the books in the series, it's worth it. I'm on book 3 rn and I personally didn't think that the 1st book was slow, but no one has the same opinion. So if you're okay with getting into a series right now, and can push threw a slow book. Read it for sure.
