I listened to this on audio and found it really easy to follow. The book is very informative and interesting and Graeme breaks things down into logical segments. There is no judgment unlike some other books on health and well-being. I found it so inspiring I’m going to buy a physical copy so I can tab pages and make notes. Would definitely recommend if you’ve tried all the diets and feel confused, frustrated and a failure.
